Of Burgundian origin, we have been immersed in the spirit of wine with the Appellations of St Véran, Pouilly Fuissé, Bourgogne Pinot Noir and many others,...In 2001, we acquired the Domaine de l'Herbe Sainte and produced our first vintage. Today, our vineyard covers an area of 65 ha of vines and 20 ha of land to be replanted. We invite you to share a moment of relaxation and conviviality with a visit to the vineyard and the cellar. Discover and taste the AOP Minervois Red and IGP Pays d'OC White, Rosé, Red wines; the "L'Olivière" olive oil, the honey whose hives are located on the estate and the homemade jams. At your disposal, a 300m2 reception room suitable for groups and travel professionals, associations or companies (Christmas trees, seminars...). The dining room features a catering area, bar, and relaxation area, as well as a terrace overlooking the vineyard. In terms of accommodation, we also offer a modern and comfortable 147m² gîte accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a capacity of up to 8 people. It features a 33m² private terrace with a view of the vineyard. Five campervan pitches are also available.
